Problem: The problem is what your trying to find out by performing your experiment in the form of a question.



Hypothesis: Your hypothesis is what you predict will happen and a reason why.



Materials: You must list all the objects you used to perform this experiment.



Procedure:  Your procedure id the steps you used in order.



Data/Observation: You must record all the things you saw while performing your experiment. If there is any changes in what happens you must right that down. You may record this as a chart or paragraph.



Results: After you have preformed your experiment write down what happened and what your outcome was. This must be in the form of a paragraph.



Conclusion: In your conclusion you must state if your hypothesis was correct or wrong and why. you must start by saying "My hypothesis was...".
