Research For SCIENCE Fair Project

I learned a lot about clouds and humidity from my research. One thing that I learned is the different types of clouds that I didn't know about such as nimbostratus and stratocumulus clouds. I also learned that humidity is the amount of moisture in the air. I also learned the way clouds are formed. First, humid air rises. It expands as it rises Forming water vapor into water or ice. There are three ways this can happen. On warm days, ground heats the air above it. The air expands and floats upward, creating convection clouds. Also when the air reaches mountain range, it is forced to cool. This forms orographic clouds. Then, when at a weather front, warm air rises over cool air. This creates frontal clouds.
